ordered a family photo for mother’s day. it turned out well, probably would have had more details of our faces if i ordered larger than an 8 by 10 but i think it still captured all of us and is recognizable to the original photo. i put it in my own picture frame without glass in it so the texture can be more easily seen

Its not for the amateur artist!! I had to paint it completely opposite of how i painted any previous painting. I had to start with the little details, and watch those lines, cause numbers disappear! Pay attention as you paint, its easy to lose track of where you are painting!
The paint brushes they give you with kit, suck! And i used the tiny one the most!

Very detailed. Turned out pretty well. Our only complaint was that the numbers were so tiny. We had to take a picture of some of the numbers in the small spaces then zoom in on the picture to see what they were. But fun project. If it weren’t a picture of our daughter and her fiancé I’d share a photo.

I tried reaching out on email and got no response but easily and swiftly got a response and replacements through Instagram. Overall it’s a great product that just needs patience with shipping and maybe a few more support agents.

I love the products and the finished painting. My only complaint is the length of time from the order date until the date of arrival, generally 3 -4 weeks. I paid for express shipment on my last order, however, it didn't seem to make any difference

I love the quality of the paint. The only downside is that if your picture has any shading, highlights, the colour does not come out like on the actual picture. Ex: my cat's perle necklace is a brown/beige tone because of the shade in the picture.
I bought a painting 42 colours. I find it makes it look more realistic (when you look at it from further away). For my first purchase, there was a discount/ sale going on. I paid around 50-60$ (can) including shipping. I offered this to my boyfriend for his birthday, he lost his cat a few months ago... I find it makes good and original gifts if you're sick of giving out gift cards ;)

I would have to say my only issue is that I have is that I have these 6 out of 36 colors that are completely dried out. I have tried to contact Painted Memories regarding this, and I never heard back.

I have not yet finished the painting, but so far it looks wonderful! All of the paint colors were intact as well as the brushes and canvas. The only suggestion I would make is to buy different paintbrushes. They were limited in size range, but still worked well.

I didn't completely unroll the picture yet as it is a gift. I ordered the 12x20 print, which I can already tell is smaller than promised. The paper the picture is printed on is just under 12" wide and with a border >1" all the way around it makes the actual print just over 9"s. Definitely not as advertised and is a little sketchy in my opinion given the price that was paid for this.

Absolutely loved this whole experience. The shipping was reasonably quick, the paint was very high quality, and the picture was very easy to paint. I've used other companies that make the spaces to paint so tiny that you can't even read the numbers. These had large spaces to fill in, and were very easy to read and follow.
