For customers in the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, your personalized kits should arrive in 2-3 weeks after purchase. Remember, during busy holiday periods, delivery may extend up to 4 weeks as we carefully prepare your custom items.

Each Painted Memory kit is thoughtfully assembled to ensure you have everything needed for your painting experience. Inside, you'll find a high-quality canvas printed with your selected image, a complete set of non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints required for your artwork, and a set of brushes in various sizes to give you the precision you need for any details.

When selecting a photo for your custom kit, look for clear, high-resolution images with good lighting. Avoid blurry or dark pictures. If your photo includes people or pets, make sure faces are visible and not too far away. Close-up shots with minimal background distractions work best for a stunning painted portrait.

If you find yourself running low on a particular paint color, please contact us. We can provide additional paint to ensure you can complete your painting. Keep in mind that applying the paint in thin, even layers will help prevent running out of paint and also give a professional finish to your artwork.

Because each Painted Memory kit is custom-made to order, we offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase for cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@paintedmemory.com within that time frame.

We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to make a change to your order, such as adjusting the photo or altering shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow for order changes within 24 hours of purchase, after which we may not be able to make adjustments as your custom kit could already be in production

If you realize that you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately. We can update the shipping details if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact our customer service team with the correct address as soon as you can to ensure timely delivery of your kit.

To change the photo for your custom kit, please contact us within the 24-hour window after your purchase. Send us the new photo you wish to use along with your order number to support@paintedmemory.com. Our team will confirm the change and proceed with the updated photo for your personalized kit. After the 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee changes as your original order may already be in progress.

If your Painted Memory kit arrives with any discrepancies, such as receiving the wrong kit, incorrect paint colors, or any other issue, please contact us immediately. We prioritize your satisfaction and will reship the correct items to you at no additional cost. Reach out to our customer support with your order details and a description of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest to ensure your painting experience is nothing short of perfect.
