How It Works & Free Proof  

Transform a precious moment into a custom illustrated family portrait in just 3 simple steps: 

1. Choose a photo for your portrait (See guidelines below) 
2. Customize your layout by choosing between three sizes, two frame colors, and vertical or horizontal layouts.  
   
3. Complete your order and wait patiently for your free proof to arrive within 3-4 business days.  
4. You will then have a chance to provide feedback or approve your order for shipment! 

Key Photo Guidelines 

• Direct Lighting – For best results, please make sure your photo is well lit, especially on faces. Avoid backlit photos and photos with filters that change the true color of their eyes, hair, and skin tone. 
• Position – All of our portraits are cropped chest-up. For a beautiful illustration where everyone looks their best, make sure your subjects have good posture and are looking at the camera. 
• Accessories - Baseball cap? Hair bow? Binky? We illustrate them! Please be mindful of the photo you submit as the accessories in the photo will end up in the final portrait.
